The Keeper 12 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant wide 1.5 in. Hi-Test webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a durable steel C-Grip ratchet, ergonomic handle and vinyl-coated double J-hooks. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, pull the strap over the cargo and tug to desired tension.
